Open House
On September 19, we welcomed 100 people to our Danny Boy Foundation open house in Farmington Hills. Seeing friends, families, local businesses, and community partners come together to support this mission was incredibly meaningful.
The open house gave us a chance to share the heart behind the foundation and introduce our three areas of work: education and training, affirming mental health care, and basic needs support. Each reflects our commitment to suicide prevention for neurodivergent people and to creating communities where people feel understood, supported, and connected.
Together, we raised over $3,000 to support this work. For a growing foundation, that generosity makes a real difference—and so does having people show up, learn about our mission, and help us spread the word.
We are especially grateful to our sponsors and donors for helping make the day possible:

Thank you also to our board members and volunteers for the time, care, and work you put into bringing everyone together.
The Danny Boy Foundation grew from a deeply personal loss and a hope that we could help build something better for others. Sharing that hope with a room full of people ready to be part of it was a moment we will carry with us.
Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and supported our open house. You are helping us build a world worth staying for.
