SMART Goals
Real change happens when passionate people come together with a shared purpose.
Last Saturday, the nine founding board members of the Danny Boy Foundation gathered for our very first strategic planning meeting, led by our incredible Fundraising Chair, Rosemary Frenza Chudnof, JD. Together, we spent the day dreaming, planning, challenging one another, and creating three SMART goals for each of our programs that will guide our work over the next 12 months.
What stood out most was the heart in the room. Every chair came prepared with thoughtful ideas, unwavering commitment, and a deep belief that we can build a future where neurodivergent individuals are better supported and fewer lives are lost to suicide.
As we planned, we also identified two realities standing between us and even greater impact: time and funding.
If our mission speaks to you, we’d love to have you join us. Whether you make a donation, volunteer your time, share our work, or help us open doors in your community, you become part of this movement.
Together, we can create neurodiversity-affirming communities, expand access to life-saving mental health care, meet basic needs, educate others, and save neurodivergent lives from suicide.
